From single-site beginnings to a regional care platform

ClearPath Medical opened its first urgent care center in Boise, Idaho in 2009. Gulf Coast Family Clinics launched in Mobile, Alabama in 2012. Today, both brands operate under Community Cares Partner, running more than one hundred outpatient locations across seven states — Idaho, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Alabama, and Florida.
